We, Mr. Cisco and Carla Nochera, design programs focusing on children's needs. The programs focus on toddlers (2 year olds); pre-schoolers (3 to 5 year olds); and older children. Our multi-disciplinary team approach combines special education instruction with speech and language services.

Mr. Cisco has recently retired, after 32 years of teaching,  from Anne Arundel County Public Schools to devote his full attention to the Cisco Center.

We are pleased to announce the start of a half day (AM and PM session) pre-school program this September. Stop by and see the Center!
